What I do

I help leaders cut through complexity and build decision environments that turn clarity into lasting results.

My work sits at the intersection of delivery governance, programme architecture, organisational maturity, and human systems. I work with leadership teams who need more than a project plan — they need a system that converts strategic intent into measurable outcomes, scales with the organisation, and keeps delivering value after the engagement ends.

I have spent over 15 years designing and leading delivery organisations across enterprise consulting, higher education, public sector, and technology transformation. That includes founding and maturing the first PMO at a major US university, leading North American delivery portfolios of multi-million-dollar Salesforce programmes, turning around critical red accounts for global consulting firms, and contributing to published PMI standards. My path has spanned classrooms, government agencies, consulting firms, and enterprise portfolios — always anchored to trust, focus, and value that outlasts individuals.

I co-founded Arqvera to bring that discipline to organisations that need senior delivery and transformation leadership without the overhead of a Big 4 engagement model.

Background and experience

Delivery portfolio leadership and governance: Regional Head of Delivery for North America at VRP Consulting, leading multi-million-dollar Salesforce and public-sector portfolios across global delivery centres. Re-architected a $5M portfolio by instituting delivery governance and coaching engagement leads — reducing escalations and restoring C-suite confidence. Transformed a $2M state technology engagement into a showcase programme, re-establishing firm credibility and expanding its public-sector footprint. Drove $1M+ managed-services growth in the hospitality sector through governance and renewal strategy.

Programme turnaround and account recovery: Consistent track record of stabilising at-risk programmes and recovering critical accounts. Restored a 200-year-old nonprofit's Salesforce ecosystem to integrity and trust, creating sustained efficiency and a long-term retainer. Stabilised a critical post-go-live account by redesigning support operations and re-aligning IT and business owners — retaining the account and clearing backlog debt. Recovered multiple Salesforce red accounts for consulting firms across higher education, public sector, and hospitality.

PMO design and organisational maturity: Founded and led the first PMO at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University — elevating PM maturity from ad-hoc to structured governance, standardising tools, reporting, and portfolio discipline. Built PM Communities of Excellence across multiple organisations. Launched firm-wide accelerator governance models linking tools, delivery playbooks, and sales processes.

Public sector and enterprise transformation: Led large-scale technology transformation across state government agencies, managing programmes impacting millions of lives — including grants management, assistance programmes, economic development, workforce programmes, disaster relief, victims of crime programmes, and NYC MTA support systems. Expanded a state government technology portfolio from $1M to $5M through scalable governance and executive oversight frameworks.

Salesforce ecosystem: Deep multi-cloud Salesforce programme leadership across Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Led strategic Salesforce initiatives for state agencies, universities, and nonprofits. Certified in platform administration, Sales Cloud, and Education Cloud consulting.

PMI Standards contribution: Invited contributor to two published PMI standards: Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures (2019) and The Standard for Risk Management in Portfolios, Programs, and Projects (2019) — a distinction held by a small number of practitioners globally.
