What I do

I help organisations turn transformation plans into operational reality.

Most businesses do not struggle because they lack strategy. They struggle because delivering change across people, processes, technology, suppliers, and leadership teams is harder than expected. Priorities shift. Governance weakens. Decisions slow down. Confidence starts to fall.

My role is to bring structure, accountability, and delivery discipline to complex programmes before those issues become expensive.

For more than a decade I have led large-scale transformation initiatives across transport, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and technology sectors. My work has ranged from global digital health programmes and enterprise CRM transformations through to post-merger platform consolidation, multi-cloud technology delivery, and operational change programmes under significant executive scrutiny.

I joined Arqvera because I believe successful transformation depends on more than good ideas and ambitious plans. Organisations create value when strategy is translated into clear decisions, effective governance, and disciplined execution. That is where I spend my time.

Background and experience

Enterprise transformation delivery: Led complex transformation programmes across transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, nonprofit, and technology organisations. Programmes have included multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, digital transformation initiatives, post-merger platform consolidation, and operational change programmes delivered under fixed deadlines and executive oversight.

Recent engagements include a large travel company’s merger and platform unification programme, leading Not for Profit national CRM transformation, Enterprise Building and Construction Manufacturer multi-business-unit transformation programme, and Global Identity Verification Platform post-acquisition Salesforce migration initiative.

Delivery governance and PMO design: Currently responsible for a £20M+ delivery portfolio spanning the UK, Europe, and United States. Designed and embedded delivery governance frameworks, PMO structures, escalation models, lifecycle controls, and programme reporting approaches used across complex multi-client environments.

Works with executive teams to create visibility, accountability, and decision-making structures that support successful delivery at scale.

Post-merger and integration programmes: Experienced in delivering programmes where operational continuity and stakeholder confidence are critical.

Recent work includes Salesforce platform consolidation following acquisition activity, large-scale data migration initiatives, and the integration of systems, processes, and teams across previously independent organisations.

These programmes demand governance discipline, stakeholder alignment, and careful management of delivery risk while maintaining business operations.

Executive leadership and portfolio oversight: As Regional Head of Delivery, responsible for executive client engagement, delivery strategy, governance, and operational performance across multiple concurrent programmes.

Works directly with senior stakeholders, programme sponsors, and leadership teams to align business objectives with delivery execution, manage escalation paths, and maintain confidence throughout programme lifecycles.

Alongside client delivery responsibilities, leads AI exploration initiatives, mentoring programmes, and capability development activities designed to strengthen organisational delivery maturity.

Regulated and high-consequence environments: Delivered transformation programmes within healthcare, transportation, nonprofit, and enterprise environments where operational reliability, compliance, and service continuity are critical.

Previous experience includes global digital health programmes across the UK, Dubai, and Thailand, healthcare transformation initiatives within a leading healthcare provider, and highly visible public-facing programmes supporting millions of end users.

AI-enabled delivery and modern ways of working: Leads AI exploration and adoption initiatives focused on improving delivery effectiveness, decision support, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.

Combines traditional programme governance with modern automation, workflow design, and AI-enabled practices to help organisations increase delivery confidence without increasing complexity.
